Employee Relations & Union Avoidance

Come on! Laugh it up a little!

Art Linkletter was right:  Laughter is the best medicine!  When was the last time your department had some fun?  The best method of maintaining a cohesive, productive, and vibrant team is through levity!  Let me caution you, however.  Levity can’t be planned and must be genuine.   My primary mission at time of hire during the last eighteen years of my corporate career was always to improve morale.  Every company has at least one department at any given point in time that is divisive, broken in spirit, inefficient, and worst of all, disengaged from it’s internal and external clients.   The signs are obvious to everyone affected, and if allowed to fester, can tear apart the very fabric of a successful organization.  I have authored, implemented, and maintained several morale-enhancing programs that resulted in improvements in employee retention, recruiting, customer retention, productivity, sales AND union avoidance!

If you department’s employee opinion survey has dismal results, you have to taken action now!  Contact me now and I’ll customize a program to reverse this trend! The longer you wait, the closer you get to sitting in front of…………….

Human Resources! Yikes!
